I own 6 pair of the 3” half-split trainers. They are my go to shorts in the summer. They are light and airy. Just what I need to stay cool when it’s hot and humid out.
These shorts fit true to size and are fantastic for hot and humid climate runs
Prior to retiring as the X-C/T&F Head Coach of WVU TECH in Beckley WV, Dec, 2021, we began using the BOA Brand shorts & singlets as our team uniforms! I was not participating myself at the time, but the following Spring I made the decision at age 69 to begin a Race Walking Journey of my own, after having 6 NAIA All-American RW’ers on our squads!

What I got was not cobalt. They work great feel super light, but I can’t wear it for my school’s color since they are not the same color as the photo looks.
This is my 6th purchase of these shorts in various colors. My son LOVES them.
