The BOA 3” Half Split Trainer features lightweight moisture wicking fabric to keep you cool and performing at the highest level. This fabric contains an 88/12 poly spandex blend which provides a soft and flexible 4 way stretch fit. This short incorporates half side splits to allow full range of motion and coverage while providing total running comfort. Our built in liner is soft and moisture wicking. The elastic waistband and draw cord provide a perfect fit. A sleek internal key pocket is built into waistband.

These shorts are awesome. Go with everything, and are SUPER fun to wear. Makes you feel like Daisy Duke herself, no matter your gender. BOA still going strong

I’ve been wearing BOA’s almost exclusively since 2003. I still have my original order and the elastic still has retention. None of the other brands lasted past the 10 year mark let alone 20!

BOA’s are the most comfortable long lasting running short I have ever used. I came for the patterns but stayed for the quality.
