Great shorts

I have used these shorts for sprinting on the track and they are very comfortable. They allow for maximum range of motion. The only minor complaint I would have is that the brief liner feels a little bit loose. I also wish it would be white (instead of light gray) to match the outer fabric. The outer shell could also be a bit tighter. The split design and stretchy fabric would certainly allow for it. I am 5'6" and ordered size S as it was the suggested size for my waist measurement. But perhaps I should have gone with the XS. Other than that, the shorts are excellent for performance.
