The BOA 3” Half Split Trainer features lightweight moisture wicking fabric to keep you cool and performing at the highest level. This fabric contains an 88/12 poly spandex blend which provides a soft and limitless 4 way stretch fit. This short incorporates half side splits to allow full range of motion and coverage while providing total running comfort. Our built in liner is soft and moisture wicking. The elastic waistband and draw cord provide a perfect fit. A sleek internal key pocket is built into waistband.

These are Grrrrreat!

We are Auburn Tiger and Chilton County HS Tiger fans so these fit our style perfectly! I have the ladies version and I got my boys the same (they run and are on the track team). We wear these for races in Auburn and for training. The fit is true to size and the split leg allows for unhindered leg movement. There is a small pocket that may hold a key or gu, but it’s not really secure in my opinion. The material is quick drying and doesn’t weigh down when soaked in sweat. I added my boys’ sizes for reference….5’8” and 5’11”….normal size medium….140 and 160 pounds.

Great shorts

These shorts are light-weight and very breathable. Love the print and are excellent in many conditions! Maybe a 4" inseam would be excellent.
