These Shorts are light, but effective, allowing complete movement without any restriction. The material has solid workmanship and fine stitching. There is a small pocket on interior.

UPDATE to my original review below: Keep reading reviews about these being too revealing, they're really not, sure your hip or the liner might show if bending down to tie your shoes, but they're meant for activities and sports not going out to dinner... Am now 165lbs and 30" waist, medium still fits good, and glad to see that the seller has better photos now, haha... Had no idea BOA had such a following when I got these, but they're awesome shorts and I still wish they had these in solid white. ORIGINAL POST The photos for these shorts are pretty bad, should be of a real guy wearing them not half a mannequin, but took a chance because they're the only full-split shorts I could find... Glad that I did because they're great... Am 6'3" 180lbs and 32" waist, ordered (orange color) size medium and they fit perfect... The material is soft and comfortable... Was glad that the liner is more fitted, not loose, and I like it being black because looks less like underwear... Considering they're not designed for modesty, doesn't feel like I am overly exposed, they seem to be the right mix of coverage and practicality... Not that it matters but, from waist to split, it's more like two-inches... The last thing I need is more athletic shorts, but I am ordering a second pair of these (blue)... Too bad they don't have white, it's more visible in less light (and shows off my tan)

I love these BOA fully split shorts. These are the best and I have used them for many years. I would not run with anything else. Most runners like to use longer shorts, so it is not for everyone.
