The BOA 3” Half Split Trainer features lightweight moisture wicking fabric to keep you cool and performing at the highest level. This fabric contains an 88/12 poly spandex blend which provides a soft and flexible 4 way stretch fit. This short incorporates half side splits to allow full range of motion and coverage while providing total running comfort. Our built in liner is soft and moisture wicking. The elastic waistband and draw cord provide a perfect fit. A sleek internal key pocket is built into waistband.

Comfort and Style

These shorts are fun, styling and comfortable. I would recommend them and have recommended them to others. I love the fun patterns of shorts I have Patriotic, California and my new Popsicle design. They also come in solid colors if that is more in your form. Overall outstanding value and built to last.

Great Fit And A Fun Pattern

Love the fit with drawstring. No bunching at the waist throughout my running and calisthenic workouts. Very breathable with a full range of motion. The pattern is fun for the summer (and looking forward to some mind games in the winter). Big (although new) fan of Boa.

These shorts colors are very vibrant and love the design. Although they do come a tad to puffy compared to the shorts we run in for school. Definitely would recommend for runners if you are wanting to add some spice to your runs

Popsicles That Don't Melt!!

Split shorts give you wings and these shorts don't disappoint. I run in hot humid environments and these shorts wet or dry feel great and turn heads, with zero chaffing. I'm 6'2 185 and a medium fits perfectly.
