1) ORDERS:
Provided goods are in stock, orders placed by 11:00 AM PST will be shipped same day. If goods are not in stock the day an order is received, you will receive your order in no more than 3 weeks. We do ask for patience due to our high volume of orders. All orders are subject to acceptance by B.O.A,Inc and are subject to availability. If a shortage occurs, B.O.A,Inc. will alert customer by means of telephone within 48 hours of receipt of order. If a telephone number is not available, B.O.A,Inc. will ship order as available. In the case that the order is partially complete, B.O.A,Inc. reserves the right to ship the in stock goods and send the backordered goods within the aforementioned timeframe. The Customer will not be charged any freight on the second delivery and B.O.A,Inc. will elect to use the best shipping option available. This shipping option may or may not differ from the original Customer selected shipping method.
2) SHORTAGES:
In the unlikely event of a misship or damage caused by shipping, please alert B.O.A, Inc. within 3 days of receipt of product. All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made with delivering carrier.
3) PRICES:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at prices prevailing at the time of order placement.
4) RETURN POLICY:
*In the event that you are dissatisfied with the product that you've received, exchanging the product is very simple! Returns for refund or exchange are accepted up to 30 days after your purchase order date. Items must be unused and in new condition. Items returned without tags will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
*If the return of the product brings the total sale value below the "Free Shipping" level, we will reduce the product credit by the normal shipping cost that would have been charged at the time of ordering.
*BOA covers shipping on returns and exchanges for the US only. All International orders, return shipping is paid by the customer.

5) SHIPPING:
*Freight is calculated directly through the user's elected freight service rate table. The user will have the ability, prior to checkout, to see the actual freight quote for the elected service. International orders: Any and all import fees are not covered by BOA and must be paid by the customer if and when they occur.
*Free shipping for orders over $50.00 is for USPS First Class shipments within the United States and its territories only.
